#6 Rope Swing to Cargo Net
Launch yourself across the gap and grab hold of the cargo net. Upside down, you need to complete without falling off. Harder than it looks!
#7 Salmon Ladder
Elite obstacle: hanging from the bar you must launch yourself and the bar higher and higher to reach the summit. An upper body and plyometric strength test.
#8 Sea of Multiple Rings
Show your Tarzan skills: climb through this jungle of ropes, stepping in the rings and grabbing the rope.
#9 Sea of Overhead Rings
Climb or swing across to the distant platform using the hanging rings.
Skipping rings may be possible depending on the rules. This requires upper body and core strength.
#10 Trapeze Bars
A classic since the dawn of the circus, the trapeze bar allows participants to swing, by hands or legs, upright or inverted.
#11 Traverse Box
Another to test even the fittest! Grip the thin climbing holds, navigate the gaps and dismount.
Finger and grip strength are crucial for this obstacle, as well as overall upper body and core strength.
#12 Unstable Bridge
An upper body and grip strength challenge! Grip the sides of the first bridge and hop your hands forward until reaching the end of the first bridge. Bridge to the next and complete the obstacle.
#13 Warped Wall
Choose your difficulty. Generate enough speed to get up the wall: jump and grab the top ledge. Hoist yourself to the ledge and hit the buzzer!
#14 Fireman’s Pole
Slide down the pole to finish in style. Ready for Round #2?!
