Lifting for Life
Small group training programme in which members train in groups of up to 6. The core of Lifting for Life is the weight training sessions. These tend to be unlike how most people have previously trained. We believe that good technique and progressive programming are at the core of any good training plan and so our classes progress over a 4 week period after which we change them around to keep the results coming.
Express lifting squishes all the benefits and results from Lifting for Life into a half hour intense and fast paced sessions for the time poor. Express classes are available lunchtime Sunday – Thursday and can be used as a stand alone programme see pricing here.
Fast & Furious
Fast & Furious are small group fitness classes. Designed as part of the Lifting for Life programme. Fast & Furious is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class which utilises equipment including ropes, sleds, tyres, hammers and body weight exercises to really get you torching that stubborn fat.
Express Conditioning is a lunchtime session using the same exercises as the Fast & Furious class. These are half hour intense and fast paced sessions designed for the time poor. Express classes are available lunchtime Sunday – Thursday and can be used as a stand alone programme see pricing here.
